Greek America Foundation

The Greek America Foundation, headquartered in New York, NY, is a New York state-based non-profit organization dedicated to promoting, preserving, and perpetuating Greek culture, history, and ideals through comprehensive educational and cultural programs. Since relocating to New York City in 2016, the Foundation has expanded its reach to serve communities across the entire nation and internationally, with active programs and partnerships in Canada, Greece, and beyond.

The Foundation operates several flagship initiatives designed to deepen connections with Greek heritage and foster excellence. The Semester in Athens scholarship program provides students with transformative, semester-long study experiences at U.S.-accredited institutions in Greece, while the Fellowship program offers college graduates year-long career-based opportunities in the Greek capital.
